Your image files are processed on your device
When you select, drop, or paste an image, the browser reads it locally. Image Square Maker does not upload those image files to a server for editing. Preview and export use the browser Canvas API. Image data is kept in the current page’s memory until you remove it or close the page. Downloads are saved through your browser.
Local settings and clipboard access
We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s localStorage. This is a display preference and does not contain your photos. Clipboard access is requested only when you choose the paste action, subject to your browser’s permissions. You can clear local storage through your browser settings.
Website requests and service providers
Your browser must request the website’s HTML, JavaScript, styles, icons, and sample artwork from its host. Like ordinary web hosting, the hosting service may process network information such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser headers to deliver and secure the service. No analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party image-processing services are included in this version.
Contact messages and your choices
If you choose to email us, your email provider transmits the message and the recipient receives the contact information and content you include. Do not include confidential images or unnecessary personal information. You may use all image tools without contacting us or providing an email address. Questions about this policy can be sent through the Contact page.
